Hands-On Science Labs Teach Students
Students in today's society learn most effectively by doing and not by watching. In an effort to prepare the GSS students for today's world, Ms. Veronica Daniel holds weekly science labs for the middle school students. Pictured is an egg drop lab where students studied potential and kinetic energy. Ms. Daniel also reviewed Newton's 3rd law with a pressure experiment using seltzer in a film canister. By using hands-on learning, students are both engaged and entertained while gaining the much needed knowledge for success on the LEAP test and in high school.
