5th Grade PBL -- The Green Project
The 5th grade students recently visited The Green Project working on their Problem Based Learning projects.
Problem Scenario:
Reusing items is important because natural resources are becoming increasingly depleted. How can items be reused instead of ending up in landfills?
Field Experience: The Green Project
Students were broken into two large groups with each group being able to tour The Green Project facility and then switching to the classroom where they were able to work together in smaller groups to create a "product" using reusable items that were provided by The Green Project.
Thank you to The Green Project for partnering with us and proving an informative and enjoyable field experience for our students!
